Once a tour is open, it will be posted here on the site, and an email will be sent to our current tour hosts. We'll also broadcast the sign-up on social media for those who have yet to join.
When the sign-up is closed, we''ll modify the schedule accordingly and send an email to everyone who was accepted on the tour. Ideally we would have all these details finalized two months prior to the tour, but in some cases the turnaround time may be shorter.
The notification email will include the tour stop date, tour banner, post type, and review copy. (If it's a print copy, it will be mailed out). If you’ve requested an interview, we would need all questions for the author back within one week if not related to the book and at least three weeks prior to the tour if interviews contain book-related questions.
A final email will be sent approximately one week prior to when the tour kicks off. It will include your specific tour stop material, giveaway details, and any other info you will require for your tour stop.
