Friday Review Spotlight - Stranger in Town (Sloane Monroe #4) by Cheryl Bradshaw
An ARC from Netgalley and it was super! I was worried since it was book #4 in a series but it's great as a standalone!
Although it was a quick read for me, I still enjoyed it and couldn't put it down! Missing children is not an easy story to tell but, Ms. Bradshaw did a fine job of keeping the reader's interest without using too much shock value.
Sloane is hired to find a family's missing daughter and soon finds similarities to a prior case. It becomes a race against time to find both girls before anything happens. Sloane has a knack for finding information that law enforcement doesn't and is willing to share with them when the times comes and not a moment before.
