This was an exciting find for me! I couldn't believe all the wonderful information that was shared in the book. I plan on using a lot of the recipes and now know more than I ever thought possible on the theraputic properties of essential oils.
I recommend this book to all levels of oil knowledge, it's a good one to have on hand. Bath bombs are the "it" thing right now and to be able to make my own for personal use and as great gifts, is fantastic!
